After two years with the University of Louisiana-Monroe, Eaton grad Callie Humphrey is headed back to the Lone Star State – committing to East Texas Baptist University in Marshall. She will play indoor and beach.
Humphrey was an all-state and all-area libero for the Eaton Eagles and helped the team to the regional final in two straight seasons. She capped her career with over 700 digs with multiple tournament and area accolades. The Eagles went 37-4 during her senior year.
Humphrey played club ball with Texas Pistols, 692 and Mad Sand.
She finished her HS career with over 1,000 digs, 319 assists and 83 aces in 280 sets played.
She signed her letter of intent with ULM.
In two seasons with the Warhawks, Humphrey played in 26 career matches and 75 sets. She posted 24 assists as a freshman in 2022 with 103 digs. ULM struggled the past two years with only 14 wins overall and three in conference play.
