In our latest installment of GM Sports Media Commitment Of The Week, we turn to Keller Timber Creek’s Dozie Ezukanma, who chose to continue his football career with TCU.
Ezukanma had previously been committed to Oklahoma.
His brother, Erik, starred at Texas Tech, and now plays with the Miami Dolphins.
This season, Ezukanma made 60 catches for 971 yards and 15 touchdowns for a resurgent team. The Falcons had seven wins – tied most in a single season in program history. It was also the best regular season and third winning season all-time. Timber Creek also had a five-game winning streak, which was the longest all-time.
He had 42 catches for 587 yards and six TDs last year as a junior.
The 3-star senior is ranked in the Top 100 of all wide receivers in the country for the 2024 class.
He had a strong finish to the season. In his final three games vs Haltom, Keller and Euless Trinity, Ezukanma had 26 catches for 555 yards receiving and SEVEN touchdowns. He went over 100 yards in all three games. He had 13 catches for 243 yards and two TDs vs Keller.
