Fort Worth Christian lost a 5-2 lead in the top of the seventh inning and then rallied with four runs to beat Dallas HSAA 9-8 on Tuesday.
Ava Chopra produced the walk off single.
Gabby Bright led off the seventh with a single and two batters later reached second after Grace Johnson was hit by a pitch.
After a walk loaded the bases, Elle Andujar delivered a two run double to get the Cardinals within 8-7. Ava Ridge also drove in a run that tied it at 8.
Bright, a freshman, pitched a complete game while striking out 17 batters.
Andujar finished the game with two hits, three runs batted in and three runs scored.
LK Lavallee led HSAA with a double, two hits and three RBIs.
Next up for the Cardinals – Lake Worth on Thursday 2/12 and Nolan Catholic 2/17.
