One of the top running backs in the state, Aledo’s Raycine Guillory, has reclassified to the 2025 class. The once junior star is now set to graduate this school year.
Guillory is a 4-star prospect on 247Sports and ranked as high as 19th in the country along with the 33rd ranked overall player in Texas. He holds 34 offers which includes top programs like Georgia, Miami, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and USC.
The Aledo star finished last season with over 1,300 total yards and 21 touchdowns – helping the Bearcats win the Class 5A D1 state championship over Smithson Valley – the program’s 12th title all time – extending their UIL record.
Aledo is 9-1 this fall and set to open the playoffs against Chisholm Trail. The Bearcats won their 17th straight undefeated district championship while their district winning streak is up to a national record 127 straight games.
In one of the closest games of the year came when Aledo rallied back to beat Richland 49-42 in overtime in Week 9. Guillory led the Bearcats back with six total touchdowns (five rushing) and 282 yards (244 rushing).
On the year, Guillory has 1,050 yards on the ground and 20 touchdowns.
