With 90 yards on Friday Sept. 19 against Euless Trinity, Southlake Carroll 2026 wide receiver Brock Boyd went over 3,000 yards receiving in his career.
Boyd has 3,034 yards – becoming the all-time receiving leader in program history.
He broke McKay Jacobson’s 20-year old record.
Southlake Carroll is 4-0 and #1 in the Class 6A state rankings. The Dragons are coming off a 44-6 win over #8 Euless Trinity and will play Keller Timber Creek on Thursday night Sept. 25.
Boyd finished with six catches with 90 yards and one touchdown against Trinity. He has 24 catches for 341 yards and five TDs this season with six regular season games left. His breakout year came in 2024 as a junior when he had 111 catches, 1,868 yards and 19 touchdowns – helping the Dragons to the Class 6A D2 state championship game.
Including this season, Carroll is 32-4 since 2023, including 16-1 in district play.
Boyd committed to Ohio State in April and is a 3-star player by 247Sports.
