He played 68 games in the regular season and averaged 8.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.8 steals. He averaged 27.6 minutes and shot 47.4 percent from the field.

Wallace was picked by the Dallas Mavericks 10th overall in the 2023 NBA Draft, but was traded on draft night to the Thunder in exchange for the 12th pick Dereck Lively.

As a rookie, Wallace played all 82 games and averaged 6.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists.

During the NBA Finals, Wallace averaged 6 points vs the Pacers in 22.3 minutes per game. He scored 11 points and had 4 steals in OKC’s 120-109 win in Game 5.

While at Richardson, Wallace was Gatorade Texas Boys Basketball Player Of The Year as a senior while averaging 19.9 points, 7.4 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game. The Eagles reached the state semifinals during his junior year and went 59-5 in Wallace’s final two seasons.
