Midlothian offensive lineman Noah Best announced his commitment to Oklahoma. Best is a 3-star prospect according to 247Sports and stands 6-4, 290.
The 2026 Best is ranked #30 inside lineman in the country and #53 overall player in Texas by 247Sports. Oklahoma was one of 27 offers, which also included visits to SMU, Texas Tech, Kansas State and Missouri.
Best also competed in track and field (shot put/discus). Best was voted District 7-5A Division 1 first-team after helping Midlothian to a 10-3 overall record and 5-1 in district last season. Midlothian reached the regional semifinals after beating Lake Belton and West Mesquite in the playoffs.
The Panthers also went 8-3 overall and 7-1 in district during Best’s sophomore season.
