Dallas-Fort Worth area high school softball players in the Women’s College World Series

OKLAHOMA

Maya Bland, Argyle: Bland spent the final two years of high school with the Eagles and helped the team to the 4A Region 1 final in 2022. That year, she hit 0.528 with 16 HR and 61 RBI.

Jayda Coleman, The Colony: Coleman was the #1 prospect coming out of high school and was Gatorade National Player Of The Year as a senior. She helped the Cougars to the 2017 state title and 2019 state semifinals. Coleman had 279 career hits, 209 steals and was a 0.702 career hitter.

OKLAHOMA STATE

Macy Graf, Aledo: Led the Ladycats to back-to-back state tournament appearances. Ranked #5 nationally among all infielders. Hit 0.519 and 0.522 in her first two seasons of high school.

Audrey Schneidmiller, Burleson: 4-year starter with the Elks. Has been named District MVP and All-Johnson County Catcher Of The Year. Schneidmiller appeared in 25 games during the 2021 season for Texas Glory. In those games, she amassed 45 hits, including 10 home runs, and racked up 43 RBI.

Haidyn Sokoloski, FM Marcus: Ranked #3 infielder in the nation out of high school. Hit 0.439 with 10 HR, 17 doubles, 5 triples and 44 RBI during her senior year.

Tia Warsop, Mansfield Lake Ridge: Led the Eagles to the 2022 Class 6A state championship game. That season Warsop batted 0.583 with 81 hits, 66 runs, 23 RBI and 58 steals. Also competed in multiple national tournaments for Great Britain.

Micky Wark, Frisco Reedy: Named Team MVP for three years. Led the Lions to the regional final in 2019. Left high school with school records in batting average, HR, RBI and doubles. Also was the team’s top pitcher.

TEXAS

Adayah Wallace, Plano West: Hit 0.451 with 41 hits, 36 runs and 44 steals in 2022. Had 25 hits and 25 steals as a sophomore.

Bella Dayton, Wylie: #15 overall recruit in the nation. Three-time all-state selection. Hit 0.602 with 68 hits and 50 steals as a senior as Wylie went to the regional final.
