SUMMARY: Von Grote, one of the leading passers in DFW this season, had a very effective game vs Coppell in the regional semifinals, helping the Bobcats win 52-45. Byron is headed to the regional final for the first time in program history. Von Grote rushed in a 20-yard and 8-yard touchdown, and threw three touchdowns to Landon Farco and one to Pierce Dahlin.

SUMMARY: The Panthers trailed by 10 in the final six minutes only to rally back and defeat Argyle in the Class 5A Division 2 regional semifinals. Still trailing 34-31 with under a minute left, QB Luke Ullrich threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to WR Braden Blueitt and CHHS took the lead with 41 seconds. The Panthers will play Frisco Emerson in the Region 1 final.
