ABOUT HER WEEK: Young posted a game-high 16 kills in Carroll’s 3-1 win over Byron Nelson to help the Dragons stay undefeated in District 4-6A. Her eight blocks are second most of the season.

FUN FACT: Kinsley’s older sister Kaylee starred for Carroll and was team captain last season as the Dragons reached the third round. Kaylee is now a freshman on the USC beach volleyball team.
